Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order ship?
Our products ship the Same Day before 1 PM PST Monday through Friday and within the Next Business Day on orders placed on the weekend. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Somes USPS marks packages as delivered before they arrived. Your package will most likely be delivered within 1-2 business days, but it is always great to check with your neighbors or carrier personnel.
If it has been past 2 business days, please email our Customer Service team so we can contact the carrier directly.
My tracking number has not updated in a while (US Orders).
We’re truly sorry for the delay with your package. Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.
If your order is shipping with USPS and it has been marked with "Shipment Received, Acceptance pending" please contact us if there has been update in the past 7 days.
If your order is shipping with USPS and it has been marked with "In Transit, Arriving Late" please contact us if there has been update in the past 2 days.
Please contact our Customer Service team so we can contact USPS and initate a search request.
My tracking number has not updated in a while (International Orders).
We're are truly sorry for the delay of your order. Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.
Please note that international orders typically take 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered with standard international shipping. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may become delayed due to customs, or carrier delays or may have simply missed an updated scan during transit.
However, if it has been more than 30 days since your order shipped and you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team to further investigate your issue. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office as it may have more accurate tracking information.
My order was delivered damaged.
We’re truly sorry to hear this. Please email our Customer Service team to provide us with your order number and photos of your damaged parcel, as well the damaged product inside. Our team member will get this sorted for you ASAP!

Can I change the shipping address of my order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our Customer Service team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Placed an order by mistake? No problem. We can cancel your order and issue a refund for your order before it is shipped.
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to cancel your order before it ships.
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once your order has been placed such as;

Adding items to your order
Shipping method
However, you can cancel your order before it is shipped and then place a new order with the correct item or shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, your order can't be canceled, however, you can return your order for a refund by following our return process.
I received my order but something is wrong.
We're sorry to hear you have encountered an issue with your item(s). We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen along the way.
