How fast do you ship and from where?

What happens if there’s a defect or issue with a roll?
Submit a quick claim with your dealer ID, order number, and photos/video. If it’s a defect, we replace the affected portion or issue store credit so you’re not eating the cost.
What’s your return policy on film and tools?
Unopened rolls can be returned for store credit within 30 days. Tools and kits have a 30-day return window if unused, plus defect coverage during normal use.
Do you offer film samples?
We don’t send loose samples. The best way to evaluate Shieldme is on real installs. Start with a Switch Test kit or a few rolls and run it in your shop.
How do I see dealer pricing?
